I had some scheduling issues and could not meet him for the keys and he actually went out of his way to meet me and provide me the keys. The space was perfect the pictures can only show so much. It is very comfortable and homey I had a great experience and felt right at home as soon as I walked in the door. I am actually planning to stay there again here soon. It's was great, I highly recommend it.   November 2014 Alex This is a beautiful property in an excellent location nearby to many great amenities in the historic heights area of Houston. The heights neighborhood is a beautiful part of Houston with plenty of things to do within walking distance. The apartment is super clean and looks just like in the picture, with cool art by the hosts on display throughout the apartment! The level 3 loft has a cool unique architecture and lots of open space with plenty natural light. All the amenities you need are there, with a fully stocked kitchen and upon check-in you are given a plethora of options of foods to order for breakfast. To top off the great location, building and amenities is the two hosts. Jeff and Estevan, who were incredibly accommodating to any needs we had and kept checking in with us to see that we were okay. They gave us excellent recommendations for the nearby area and Houston in general, so we had plenty of fun stuff to do during the week. Jeff and Estevan are great people as well, who are well traveled, open minded and kind., so much so that we have left Houston with 2 new friends! We were made to feel so welcome that we decided to extend our stay for a few more days and we would definitely return to stay here next time we are in Houston. Can’t recommend this place enough. He made me feel very welcomed from the beginning till the end of my stay. The place is super clean. The breakfast he offered was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described and the pictures are very accurate. Jeff is more than prepared to have guests. He provided many amenities ( extra towels and blanket, soap, cleaning products and disinfectant, and much more). Neighborhood is one of the best and safest in Houston. This is an automated posting.   October 2014 Taylor Beautiful and exciting architecture, and the most genuine and kind hosts. I've rarely encountered this level of consideration or hospitality. I'd stay indefinitely if they'd have me, and if I didn't have a home in another state to return to. Their taste is impeccable and the grounds are stunning. They require respect and offer tons of it in return. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint with easy access to plenty of activities and all of the major arteries through the city. We try to make every guest feel welcome and as much "at home" as possible.. July 2014 Michael J. Jeff was very enthusiastic to show off his 3 level freestanding town home. He was very modest about its decor and set up. It was tastefully decorated and was equipped with thoughtful touches like all the kitchen waste one would need to have a small dinner party, and he had even stocked the fridge with breakfast items that I requested on his handy form. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home and sent me daily text messages to check on the accommodations. I felt very at home and peace in his place. The garden and water features were wonderful to walk through on my way out and in through the side gate which provided additional privacy. He was even very responsive and polite when I locked myself out at 2am.
