Check-in is at 3PM.   Checkout is at 11AM.   We do Require a State photo I.D. or Passport and Registration.  Special arrival times or extended check-out times must be pre-arranged and we will make every effort to comply upon availability.  2. Cleaning fee of $75 is once per stay or once per week during longer stays. In between please help maintain a tidy facility. Please do not leave food out, clean dishes after use, and place trash in the provided containers.  3. Please, RESPECT our policy of NO SMOKING in the apartment. We provide a smoke free environment.     If you must, please use the court yard.  4. We ask you to help us with conservation and safety.  When leaving property, please raise air conditioning temperature to 80 degrees, or heating to 60 degrees, and turn off lights and  electrical equipment.  5. Please keep noise at normal levels and be mindful of neighbors. We like them and don't want to make them our enemies..  6. No unregistered overnight guest are allowed, unless previously agreed upon or a $100 fee will be applied. Any guest that you may have are the sole responsibility of the registered guest.  7. We provide you a beautiful accommodation, and expect the property to be treated with respect and care. Failure to do so and you will be terminated immediately.  8. Keys must be turned in a checkout. Lost key will be charged at an additional $100 fee. Keys must be left with us or placed in an indicated location or the lost key fee applies for negligence.  9. Upon booking, you are committed to reading, adhering and printing the Directions and the Manual Airbnb sends you on our behalf.  10. Any issues or imperfections observed in the unit must be immediately reported upon check-in or you will be responsible for any issues.   11. Moderate Consumption of alcohol is permitted. Cancellations:   must be made 48 hrs prior to arrival date for any refunds. Deposit: $150 is required prior to arrival.   Cleaning fee: $75 per stay or $75 per week on extended stays Pets: We do love critters and animals, however we CANNOT accommodate guest pets.   Children: We do love children, however this apartment is not suited to small children. There is a minimum age for booking. Please ask before booking if you have children.  Enjoy!
